I-TESO  Savoia-Marchetti SM.75 Marsupiale                          (c/n  32006)

                           

                               The SM.75 was a development of the S.73 and first flew in November of 1937.   Some 90 were
                               built and Ala Littoria had at least 23 of them, whilst ALI had another dozen.  During WW II many
                               SM.75s were seconded to the Luftwaffe as transports.   The photograph above is courtesy of the
                               Kenneth Tilley collection, whilst the shot below of another SM.75 is augmented with a John W.
                               Wood  color impression of it.
