Inter-City Air Lines  Travel Air S-6000-B      NC385M   (c/n 6B-2023)

                              

                                  This small carrier was another victim of the Great Depression.  It opened up service in 1932 with
                                  a line from Springfield, Mass to Boston.  A couple of  Travel Airs was used.  After little more than
                                  a year in operation it went out of business in April 1933   This model, the Travel Air S-6000-B later
                                  went on to be developed into the popular Curtiss-Wright 6-B Sedan..
