Dillingham Air Service  Waco YKC       N14066       (c/n  3991)

                                 

                                     Dillingham Air Service was founded by "Red" Flensburg to run local scheduled services in the
                                     Bristol Bay area in 1937.  The company operated several aircraft including a Rearwin Sportster.
                                     This Waco YKC has been preserved and is at the Alaska Aviation Heritage Museum on Lake
                                     Hood in Anchorage.  The images on this page are courtesy of Lars Opland.   The Air Service
                                     was sold in 1945 and went out of the scheduled business.
