                                         This early, although brand new at the time, wing strutted Centurion (later models were fully
                                         cantilevered) took part in the 1966 Mobil-Moomba Air Race.  Photo by Richard Maclean,
                                         at Moorabbin shortly after the event.     It appears the owner was 'into' rallies, since it was
                                         later seen by John Wheatley (below) carrying a Retailers' Queensland Rally number, circa
                                         1971.   In October 1973 it was acquired by John Boxall of Sudbury, WA, dba Boxall Air
                                         Charter.  Geoff Goodall's shot at the foot of the page was taken at that locale in January
                                         1974, with the aircraft still looking pristine in its original Cessna factory scheme.   It is still
                                         on the current register and is now based in the Lake Macquarie district of  NSW.
