VH-PFB   Piper PA-2R8-180 Cherokee Arrow                         (c/n  28R-30805)

                                 

                                      VH-PFB came onto the Australian register in May 1969 and was photographed that year at
                                      Mascot by David Carter.          . Its early owner was Dr Geoffrey Edelsten, one of the more
                                      colourful and controversial characters in Australian medicine.        He used it to fly to remote
                                      communities from his medical practice at Walgett, NSW and later to commute from Sydney
                                      to Walgett.   By 1976 –PFB was back with Piper agent Ansett General Aviation. The aircraft
                                      was current in December 2016 and owned by a pilot from the Brisbane area.
