VH-MIK  Piper PA-32-300 Cherokee Six B                              (c/n 32-40605)

                                       Owned by McArthur River Cattle Company based at remote McArthur River Station at Borroloola
                                       on the Gulf of Carpentaria.    It was later sold to a private owner on Fraser Island, Queensland and
                                       was written off in a crash there on 13 November 1980.      Below are two nice images from Graham
                                       Ruckert of -MIK in its natural habitat, running up and taking off from McArthur River Station in
                                       October 1971.
