VH-BBV the second was imported by Bell Brothers Pty Ltd, Perth who were a heavy earth moving
                                  and construction contractor with projects across WA.    It arrived at Bankstown on delivery as N6718F
                                  on 6 July 1961, and was used to by Bell Brothers Air Charter, Perth until October 1966 when traded
                                  in on a new Cessna 411 which took over VH-BBV whereupon the 310F was re-registered VH-CKJ.
