VH-ARF  de Havilland D.H.82A Tiger Moth                     (c/n  DHA78/T184)

                               

                                  This image, from the John Oxley Library, State Library of Queensland, shows -ARF after it had
                                  crashed on the beach at Port Douglas, Queensland on 30 April 1955.  This Tiger was ex A17-81
                                  and had been civilianized in July 1946.   So far as I know it was never repaired following the above
                                  accident.
