VH-AMJ  (2)    de Havilland D.H.87B Hornet Moth               (c/n   8066)

                           

                                     This was the former G-ADMJ imported in 1952.   It also saw service with the RAF as a
                                     communications aircraft carrying the serial W9389.   The above shot was taken at Moorabbin
                                     in 1956.  VH-AMJ was re-registered VH-AFJ in1972 and was still active into the 1990s.
                                     Its current status is unknown.
