VH-INE   Bell 47J Ranger                                      (c/n  1772)

                           

                                  One of half a dozen purchased by Ansett-ANA in 1959/60.     It was sold in 1968 and had
                                  several owners until withdrawn from service in 1976.   It then went to the "Wobby's World"
                                  Amusement Park at Nunawading (a Melbourne suburb) . When that closed it was moved to
                                  a private residence near Dandenong, Victoria.     Geoff Goodall's shot above was taken at
                                  Adelaide Airport in October 1963, whilst the sad remains were photographed by Peter Hough
                                  on the above mentioned Dandenong property in January 2012 (below).
