VH-TJF  Boeing 727-176                                        (c/n 20371)

                                  

                                      This 727 operated its first TAA service in July 1970.  Greg Banfield saw it (above) at Mascot in
                                      September 1974. It was withdrawn from service by the airline in January 1979 and sold to Constance
                                      Leasing as VR-BAT..  It had several other owners and was registered in various countries until 1998
                                      when it was acquired by Starling Aviation and assumed the Cayman Islands registration of VP-CJN. 
                                      It is, I believe, still current as such.
